For enquiries, we use the name, contact details, travel requirements and messages you provide. Members sign in with an e-mail verification code or a password they set themselves. We store only your e-mail, name and sign-in records, and share nothing with third-party identity providers.
How information supports your trip
Information is used to answer enquiries, confirm itineraries, arrange vehicles and handle booking changes. Support messages and booking records are stored in our service system. Once email delivery is connected, notifications are sent to our company mailbox. We do not send chat messages, names or contact details to advertising platforms.
Browser storage & optional measurement
Browser storage keeps language, currency, sign-in display and conversation preferences. Enquiry source labels are recorded with submissions to understand demand. When Google or Meta measurement is connected, the tools load only with your permission. You can change your choice using Measurement preferences in the footer.
Access & correction
To request access, correction or deletion of member and enquiry information, contact our company email. We will verify your identity and explain what can be processed. Records needed to complete services or retain necessary documentation are kept as required for those purposes.
